Book Our Fire Safety Educators

Want to learn about how to prevent or protect yourself from the dangers of fire?

The Richmond Fire-Safety Educator team is available for:

  • Fire safety presentations (Recommended for ages 5+)
  • Fire Hall tours (Recommended for ages 5+)

We offer these services to the following groups:

  • Elementary schools
  • Secondary schools
  • Community groups
  • Seniors groups

How do I book these services for my group?

Please fill out the form below and provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice in order for your requests to go through the proper channels within the fire department.

Personal information is collected by Richmond Fire-Rescue to provide the requested service or information.  The City of Richmond is collecting this information under Section 26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Please contact the FOI coordinator at 604-276-4156 or foi@richmond.ca if you have any concerns.

For large events on City owned property (parks, centers, etc.) you must contact the Richmond Event Approval Coordination Team (REACT) at 604-233-3304 or by email at events@richmond.ca.

In the event of an emergency, Richmond Fire-Rescue personnel may be dispatched to an incident at any time.
