The City of Richmond has issued a HIGH Fire Rating due to unseasonably high temperatures and low precipitation this week and into the weekend of September 11, 12 and 13.

As per public health protection bylaw 6989 (link), no smoking is permitted at public parks, school grounds, or trails.

The next 6-10 days are exhibiting the increased potential of light precipitation next week.
