Reach Out. Here’s who to contact in emergency and non-emergency situations.
If you are experiencing an emergency situation where you require assistance from the police, fire department or ambulance immediately, please call 9-1-1.
Even non-emergency reports can take away time and resources that we could otherwise be investing into the community to make our City safer.
Before reporting a concern, please ensure you have taken all appropriate action using the authority you have (ie. as a landlord, strata, property representative, etc.).
For concerns that do not present a urgent or significant hazard to the community we encourage you to notify the responsible parties and give them the opportunity to rectify the situation.
Having exhausted these options, if you still feel the concerns warrant the intervention of our staff members, please notify us using the form below.
